1. Elegibilidade para Devolução (Return Eligibility)

  • Your return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date you received your shipment.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Due to the intimate nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns for items that are more than 50% used.

2. O Processo Sem Complicações (The Hassle-Free Process) To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at contact@purelipdesire.com with your order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction. Our team will guide you through the process.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-10 business days.

  • Please allow for additional processing time from your financial institution to reflect the refund.

4. Trocas e Itens Danificados (Exchanges & Damaged Items) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you received a damaged product, please send us an email at contact@purelipdesire.com with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
